Technical Specifications for Manuscripts

Page Size: 17.5 × 25 cm (Envelope B5)
Margins: Top: 2.5 cm, Bottom: 2.5 cm, Right: 2.5 cm, Left: 2.5 cm

Order of Sections:                    

  • First page
  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Main text
  • Notes
  • References/Sources
  • Short bio of the author

First Page (Main language + Arabic + English) must include:

  • A clear, concise title not exceeding 15 words.
  • Name(s) of the author(s).
  • Academic degree and current position.
  • Author’s specialization, department, institution, university, city, and country.
  • Email address.

Abstract

  • Maximum of 150 words.
  • Must be free of unexplained abbreviations, undefined references, or subheadings.
  • Written in both Arabic and English.

Keywords

  • 5 keywords: field of study, one keyword from the title, and three from the content.

Main Text

  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12 for text, 14 bold for headings.
  • Subheadings in bold size 12, no extra space below.
  • Maximum of three heading levels.
  • Line spacing: 1.15 cm.
  • Paragraph spacing: 6 pt.
  • Italics for emphasis.
  • Automatic page numbering.
  • Do not use functions fields or section breaks.
  • Use Word’s “References” tool for endnotes and references (do not enter them manually).
  • Use Tab or other commands for indents, not spacebar.
  • Use Word tables (not Excel) for creating tables.
  • Use Equation Editor or MathType for formulas.

 

Scientific Evaluation Criteria

  1. Novelty and originality of the topic.
  2. Accuracy and correctness of language.
  3. Clarity of objectives and methodology.
  4. Linking the theoretical framework to the application.
  5. Depth of analysis and discussion.
  6. Connecting results to objectives.
  7. Variety and currency of references.
  8. Adherence to plagiarism limit: ≤ 15% (iThenicate).

Publication Fees

  • EGP 1,500 for researchers from within the faculty.
  • EGP 1,800 for researchers from outside the faculty.
  • USD 400 for non-Egyptians.
  • USD 200 for Egyptians living abroad.

 

Publication Rules

  1. Receiving the printed issue and author reprints is the author’s own responsibility; the journal is not obligated to send them.
  2. Upon acceptance, the journal issues an official acceptance letter.
  3. If the research is rejected, the author is refunded the publication fees minus the review costs and other applicable fees.
