Peer Review Process

Peer review is a core stage of the journal’s publishing process and proceeds as follows:

  1. The author submits the article via the journal’s website.
  2. The article must be accompanied by abstracts in both Arabic and English.
  3. The author must ensure the study is complete, complies with the journal’s ethical guidelines, is linguistically edited, free from spelling and grammatical errors, and does not violate any intellectual property laws.
  4. Upon payment of the applicable fees, the manuscript undergoes double-blind peer review by two specialists in the relevant field to determine its suitability for publication. In case of disagreement between the two reviewers, the manuscript is sent to a third referee whose opinion will be decisive. The author is informed of the review outcome within 45 days of the payment date.
  5. If the reviewers request major revisions, the author must submit the revised version within 30 days of receiving the review report.
  6. If the reviewers request minor revisions, the author must submit them within 15 days of receiving the report.
  7. The final version of the manuscript must be sent to the journal’s official email.
